Terms and conditions

Natural Order is an intermediation platform. It connects users who want to trade or sell Magic: The Gathering cards based on their location and collections.

Natural Order is not part of any transaction. It does not buy, sell or hold cards. It does not act as representative, agent or guarantor of any user.

Natural Order does not guarantee:

• That the trade will be completed.
• That cards are authentic, in the condition described, or from the edition listed.
• That the agreed price will be honored.
• That the other user will show up to the meet-up.
• The real identity of any user.

Use of the platform is at your own risk. Natural Order assumes no responsibility for damages, losses or disputes arising from meet-ups between users.

For your safety, we recommend:

• Meeting in public, busy places (malls, coffee shops, game stores).
• Verifying the cards before handing over yours. Use a loupe if needed.
• Not sharing sensitive personal data (home address, banking info).
• Letting someone you trust know about the meet-up.
• Using the in-app chat for all coordination so there's a record.

Prices shown on Natural Order come from Scryfall (TCGPlayer and Card Kingdom) and are for reference only.

• They are not a binding offer.
• They may not reflect the actual local market price.
• The final price of each transaction is freely agreed upon by the parties.

By using Natural Order you agree to:

• Act in good faith in every trade.
• Describe your cards accurately (condition, edition, foil).
• Honor the agreements you reach with other users.
• Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity.

Natural Order reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

Natural Order does not mediate or arbitrate disputes between users. If you have a problem with another user:

• Try to resolve it directly through the app chat.
• You can report abuse to info@naturalorder.app.
• For fraud involving money, contact the proper authorities.
