Privacy Policy

To work, Natural Order collects:

• Account data: your email and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture.
• Location: the address or coordinates you provide to find nearby users. We use it only to compute distances and show you trades around you.
• Your collection and wishlist: the cards you add to sell, trade, or look for, along with their prices and conditions.
• Trade activity: matches, messages with other users, and the status of your trades.
• Push notifications: if you enable them, we store your browser subscription so we can send you alerts.
• Technical data: basic session and usage information needed to operate and protect the service.

We use your data solely to:

• Find and show you users and cards near you.
• Compute matches, reference prices, and distances.
• Enable communication between users during a trade.
• Send you notifications related to your activity (if you enabled them).
• Keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Location is central to the service, so we want to be clear:

• It is only used while your location is active, to compute proximity with other users.
• We never show other users your exact address: only an approximate distance.
• You can turn off your location at any time from your profile, and you stop appearing in proximity searches.

Natural Order relies on service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Supabase: database and authentication.
• Vercel: application hosting.
• Google: Google sign-in and address geocoding (Google Maps).
• Scryfall: card data and images (does not receive your personal data).
• Upstash: request rate limiting to protect the service.

With other users we share only what is needed to complete a trade: your username, the cards involved, and an approximate distance.

We keep your data while your account is active.

• You can delete your collection, wishlist, or location at any time from the app.
• You can request full deletion of your account and all your data by writing to info@naturalorder.app.

We protect your data with encrypted connections and database-level access control. No system is 100% foolproof, but we work to minimize risks.

Natural Order is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the current version on this page with its update date.
